3. YUZU Rewards Program

The Platform allows YUZU, at its sole discretion, to provide eligible users with access to special promotional programs. These programs, including those conducted in collaboration with one or more Brands, enable users to receive rewards for posting about a Brand's product on their Social Media Properties. Rewards, if any, will be determined solely by YUZU, and YUZU's decision is final and binding. Additional terms and conditions may apply to your participation in these rewards programs.

4. Eligibility to Use the Services

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

  • Minors: If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
  • Under 13: Yuzu Cash does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn such information has been submitted, we will delete it immediately.
  • Jurisdiction: You certify that you are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law.

5. Creator Cashback and Rewards Program

Yuzu Cash provides a platform for creators to earn rewards and cashback through qualified activities.

  • Account Verification: Rewards are only issued to verified accounts. We reserve the right to request identity documentation before processing payouts.
  • Calculation of Rewards: Rewards are calculated based on the specific parameters of each campaign. Yuzu Cash reserves the right to modify reward rates or structures at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraud Prevention: We monitor all transactions for signs of fraud or "gaming" the system. Any suspicious activity may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Website design, software, text, graphics, and the "Yuzu Cash" branding are owned by Yuzu Cash or licensed to us.

  • User Content: As a creator, you may submit content (videos, images, links). You grant Yuzu Cash a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use (or commercial use specifically permitted for Creators). You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Website at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.

  • Availability: We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware or software problems resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
  • Updates: Your continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
